the muncipality people should check whether the garbage is lifted from the houses or not and on and off keep check on the workers who do not do anything.. the dirt will be lying in heaps an they do not bother to lift it. they should fine the people who throw the garbage on the roads and make a mess more  
This initiative of swach bharat should fill excitement in all Indians and we should all practice basic way of keeping cleanliness. more  
Do our Municipal Workers look "Neat and Clean" ? Most of them are tobacco chewing, spitting, Bidi smoking dressed unkempt poor people are are NOT trained for the JOB. The Civic sense, respect to others, politeness etc are lacking. Is there a minimum educational requirement for the job ? Is there any physical training required in the job ? All it comes down to the basic education starting from the kindergarten to high school. All it comes to teaching a child about "Swatch Home" by the parents ! We can do it ! more  
Request to kindly add Tirupati Municipality under Swatch Bharat circle, to enable people to join and bringup issues... with proper rectifications. more
