Do our Municipal Workers look "Neat and Clean" ? Most of them are tobacco chewing, spitting, Bidi smoking dressed unkempt poor people are are NOT trained for the JOB. The Civic sense, respect to others, politeness etc are lacking. Is there a minimum educational requirement for the job ? Is there any physical training required in the job ? All it comes down to the basic education starting from the kindergarten to high school. All it comes to teaching a child about "Swatch Home" by the parents ! We can do it ! more
