LocalCircles survey on taxi aggregators

Is fantastic and brings out the issue of drivers cancelling. However I am surprised that the surge pricing issue is not as big.

I find the practice of surge introduction after a ride has started as a dark pattern and something that must be abolished.

Other friends please give views on the same. more

Apart from frequent cancellations by the drivers, many of them ask these questions: 1- Where is the destination, 2- Is it cash or app wallet payment 3- some of them demand extra amount varying from 20 Rs to 100 Rs. Answers to these questions often determine their cancellation. Another thing they do is to cancel that trip after coming near you and then ask for the amount specified in the app or ask for slightly more. Is the uniqueness of x proportion of our country men in tweaking even robust systems to their advantage is something to be marvelled about? Or does it indicate the moral fabric of the society in which we live? more
