Limit the use of loud-speakers in Temples located in Residential Areas. Please discuss.
Those temples which are located in residential areas, generally allow use of Loud-Speakers to anyone for Kirtan / Bhajan / Jaagran. People bribe (in the form of dakshina) the caretakers/Pandits and use the temple premises easily for all religious occasions, at cheap rates.
If organized with proper advertisements and advance notice, those interested can schedule their day-to-day activities accordingly and also enjoy such religious occasions. Otherwise the use of Loud-Speakers in these temples create lot of Noise Pollution for people residing close to these temples.
Can the government do something to limit the use of Loud-Speakers in those temples which are located in Residential Areas ?
Note that sometimes these loud-speakers are used past midnight, even though it is against the legislation. We being Hindus respect our Gods and hence our Temples, but those residing close to such temples (in residential areas) suffer daily due to this noise from loud-speakers. It severely impacts children during exam times as they are unable to sleep.
I am sure most of us must have faced similar situations. So please share your thoughts on how the government can check this misuse of Loud-Speakers. more

Religion and Caste are the best excuses for any crime in India. And this no government can change, no matter how much committed. Places of worship are nowadays best places of torcher. It is much better to pray at home rather than praying in a temple. Using loud speakers for non-sense talks is like a norm these days, and there is no respite for people. more

same condition is in our locality ,process is very simple , first grab land build temple with help of local politician & earn money , BJP has paid price in delhi due to thier involvment in such actvities, hope new goverment will take concrete steps to curb these culprits more

Biggest problem is implementation of any laws if made by the government for such issues. Biggest challenge in India is Governance. more
