cases on vvip and other glamourous people must be on fasttrack courts more

In every court judicial officers are need to be appointed in every sections for monitoring of all cases & authorised for speedy justice without any delay within a time bond period. Those officers are accountable to their CJ & CJ to POI. more
A commission should be made from immediate effect for the complaints of litigant against their lawyers, if lawyer not handle or fight for his or her case honestly or use tacts to delay case in court & try to drag money from the client with the help of opposite party, lawyers, judges or court staff. So the lawyers should be accountable towards his clients. The commission has powers for blacklisted that lawyer. more
1.The legal process is too long and Cases are dragged for years. Yes, This is true that legal process are dragged deliberatively years & years by the councils with the help of judges & court staff because they have their own interests to earn money from the litigants. 2. Two many holidays for the court. Yes, But the truth is that judges not deliver justice, they totally misuse their powers for their own benefits. if case is in cause list hearing done on that day, then why again Tareek pe Tareek the same thing going on every hearing. After transfer of judge court is vacant for months. Who is accountable for that. 3. A huge number of cases pending in courts. Yes because there is no accountability of judges & court staff. They are close with the councils & work as per their wish to help them earn illegal money from the litigants. 4. There is a lot of corruption in judiciary. Yes, fact is there is a huge corruption in judiciary, in court rooms court staff taking bribe in front of judge. Judges also taking through councils & their staff. Councils harass their litigants outside the court as well as in court rooms with the help of judges & court staff to harass the party & pressurise them for illegal court settlement to earn illegal money from them. If party is not agree for illegal settlement then judges misuse their power to do any thing against any party & they know it very well. They had drag parties for years & years in the name of Tareek pe Tareek. 5. Tacts using by councils delay court cases. Yes, lawyers deliberatively delay court proceeding for there own benefits. They had no human values except earn more & more money from the litigant, for that they using tacts like harassment ,not share information of the case to litigant, not talk in proper way to litigant. He always try to earn money in ways like fees others unlimited mis charges & illegal money from the litigant. They had looted money from the litigant & nothing done in his case. So the proceedings are very costly for people & unending process till he lost every thing health, wealth & money. Know these days it becomes a very easy legal business to drag illegal money from the innocent people under the Law. In our judiciary law makers becomes law breakers for there internal benefits. We have those kind of laws that is misused easily. We reward those law makers who make the law for justice not for injustice & no one can misuse use the law against anyone. We avoid make those kind of law who are biased law & use only for one gender to drag money from them. Law is balanced for both gender equally. We have to encourage those judges & court staff who work honestly as well as those lawyers. Feedback of public & clients is compulsory for all lawyers Before appointing as judge in court. Feedback of judges & court staff should be compulsory in all courts from lower to higher court. more
