Lead Indians Secure Safety :

Many changes have been listed in connection with courts and advocates. It is been told that the judges need to look into those issues annd frame code of ethics to the advocate in the court. My concern would be to take this issue in three ways. One is the government expectation from the advocates, second responsibility of an advocate to maintain the ethics in the court and third is how an client of an advocate would handle or allow their advocates to behave during strike period. All this alone can decide the ethic where an judge cannot initiate few things especially in family courts. more  

Our Circles concluded many Issues & those prominent listed under Top 15 , Top 10 & collected Top 3 preferences strictly to achieve good governance through public , the motto of NDA ; AND ; many sincerely contributed with skills of their experience . ALL THIS EXERCISE & TIME IS ONLY DUE TO THE EVILS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRAION CARRIED AT POLITICAL LY OPTED RULE . These ILLS could not might not have taken place : - 1. If the constitution conditioned the issue of “ this part [ IV ] shall not be enforceable in any court “ for a period of 10 years . 2. If the constitution stipulated a condition of 10 years time just like in the case of Educational provisions etc., for implementation of Uniform Civil Code that was set under article 44 . [ Govt. did not care S.C. direction of 1991 . ] 3. If the constitution is added with an article , or a clause in article 32 empowering the Supreme Court as the guardian and caretaker of the Constitutional provisions in case judiciary is separated from Executive 4. If The laws included the issues of candidature of morale , non-incumbent of Court Summons, and non aggressive ; to participate in Elections . 5. If The laws subjected the accounting and audit of the Political party Funds . 6. If there is a law of punishing and disqualifying those identified as committed with any malpractice in attaining Votes while on Elections . The Statistics of 2011 that staged the lively hood stature of majority population under pitiable conditions and the situation of remarkable illiterate Indians ; MIGHT AND WOULD DEFINITELY BE IN A SATISFACTORY STATUS SCORE . The article 39 could have solved many issues with in States and the increasing volume of Crimes and corruption could have been set to diminishing level while the wealth & income of Governments could have been well guarded besides the public interest . The Directive Principles of State Policy set in the IV th part BEFORE THE PART V OF EXECUTIVE , WAS GIVEN ITS PLACE IN THE Preamble of the Constitution as also stated in the first 2 articles under this part . If this part had not been compiled , the written constitution itself speaks of rights , Executive etc., leaving off the VERY OBJECTIVE OF INDIANS THOSE STRUGGLED FOR INDEPENDENT RULE TO LIVE AND LEAD BETTER THAN IN FOREIGNERS ‘ S RULE PLEASE . Supreme Court will certainly help the Constitution and its Citizen if appropriately represented by legal stalwarts or the Social Statesmen . more  

Though this issue appears to be not so possible to redress for the right , it is possible if coming , keeping and working together is undeviated please . more
