LOCAL GOVERNANCE IS VICTIM OF CENTRAL/STATE relationships. RAILWAYS/NHAI/ URBAN DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY/ NCR BOARD/STATE are all involved and sanctioning authorities. Local administration can not stop MIGRANTS. Now TEHLA VENDORS/ MANUAL RICKSHAWAS/ DOMESTIC SERVANTS / DRIVERS/ LOCAL DHABAS/painters are in good demand than Industrial workers. MAFIA groups are operating to arrange ROBBERIES/ CAR THEFTS/ CHAIN SNATCHING/ RAPES/ OPEN LOOT OF COMMUTERS. Basic infrastructure of ROADS/ WATER/ POWER/ SEWERAGE/ DRAINAGE are all under threat of shortages. Unbridled addition of BIGGER CARS in every home are further adding to shortage Road space. People want to enjoy PVRs and MALLS/TEMPLES/ FOOD JOINTS. Frankly all wings of LOCAL ADMINISTRATION have given up and do fire fighting on MEDIA complaints . POLICE IS THE BIGGEST VICTIM OF ALL THIS CHAOS. They can not give up and often blamed for making money and allow all these things to run. This LOCAL CIRCLE IS ANOTHER ADDITION AND ITS WINGS HAVE NOW TOUCHED THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION SO FAR AS IT LOOKS. more
