Land aquisition

Instead of making one, very long term implementation plans, many small-small- plans should be taken in hands, and results should be made visible to the farmer, by arranging their picnics in that region, to gain their confidante in latest government machinery. That would ease willingly releasing of land through farmers.
Presently they are reluctant because of no confidence based on past government's experience. D R Sapre more

Sri Digamber Sapre . I found your Post Useful in the real sense of operation under public administration in any Country to share the same with the people for which this NDA Government has stepped a permanent solution and route establishing and keeping these local circles within the reach of the public that are interested to share for the achievement of Good Governance . You and Me and all the members are such interested in this real democratic system of rule under the Political Democracy that was anticipated at large . Though I had posted my suggestion in the original post of this circle , I had purposefully set in your post also , so that many can see easily at lease for 2 or 3 days time . more
You know better. I am not in this field. I am specialist in Industrial Painting. I feel, I should not talk in this field. Thanks D R Sapre more
1. The place of land for industries , National Business Parks require particular and specific infrastructure and hence need Compulsory Acquisition of land at those such places only . 2. The Routing of Road and Rail , Waters also need coverage of living places and also short routs for inter connecting the needed particular places Compulsorily as planned by Technical Engineers . 3. Changes of places and routs at some places need specific requisites of the subject issue . EFFECT OF PREVIOUS GOVERNMENTS' RULE IS ; - 4. The Businessing attitude and profit making policies increased and even dominating even social sharing and binding towards the general public/ Nation . 5. Political interference and interests are playing major role making the issue complicate . 6. The carried abnormal rate difference of Lands between the Governments General Market Rates and the actually prevailing private open & concealed market rate is the second major hurdle challenging the issue of land acquisition at public interest . 7. Governments requiring control of the land prices at the interest of general public did not opt the arrest the private/public open market rate which in deed dealt with Black Money . 8. The Real Estate Business in Land at high pitch as simple land plot layouts WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES made multiplied activity to preserve wealth and their BLACK MONEY at safe corner besides the land Rates naturally hiked to sky . This , along with those who object to sell their land Bits in between , established exorbitant increase of land rate in the openly concealed market rate . 9. Governments are not in a position to establish their constitutional right in addressing the requirements of general public and , the bridge up of Nation’s Economy . 10. Political Parties have been simply misleading the public the concept of Industries , Rail, Road , Water etc., infrastructure while Governments COULD NOT SEIZE THE IDLE & VACANT LANDS OF ; SEZ ; E & K PARKS etc., This is instigating the public to reserve and preserve their lands . 11. Public knowing the illegitimate holdings lf Lands beyond the Ceiling Limits in every Town and City are defying and denying to offer their lands to Governments again . 12.The = 8 = Realities if issue 4 to 11 , are the real root causes making the Land Acquisition for Industries & Business , Infrastructure for those and public lively hood , Rail and Roads under Compulsory provisions and theories please . more
