There is absolutely no doubt that Mrs. Bedi is competent but her entry at the fag end of the process has stunned the entire local BJP leadership and she is accepted with hiccups and there lies the misfortune for her and BJP. It is very difficult to change the mind set of the people immediately. Mr. Kejrival despite all the reporting regarding funding is unfazed and confident of winning the elections more
