Railways depend too much on "online" transactions and the ticket checking is skipped/not sincere. I had to travel with my wife on an online booking with wait listed ticket which was not confirmed and we traveled in an unreserved compartment hoping to get confirmation from TC when he visits for checking. To our dismay no TC turned up till the destination stn. On top of it we received on credit for the wait listed ticket after one month of travel date.Had it been checked by the TC this would not have happened and none of the ticket-less travelers would have gone scot-free. Many times the staff working day time are found care less even for cleanliness of the passenger compartments.(The travelers must be made to keep cleanliness on their own. more

First display the photos of RPF. GRP. Board and vigilance. they are the most dangerous touts on Railway property. All other are benami dummies. more

generally TT not check aadhaar nor pan card or any prof at the time they are check the ticket if it will be strictly follow then many false ticket will be vanished more
