Kashmir - Integral Part of India

For last 69 years every Political Party in power has taken a stand that Kashmir is an integral part of India, but has done nothing to make it a reality. People of Kashmir are suffering. Following action plan is suggested:
1. All members of Loksabha and Rajya sabha should be asked to sign a declaration that "Kashmir is an integral part of India".
2. Names of Members who refuse to sign the above declaration should be published.
3. Once majority of Members have signed, the Constitution should be amended to declare Kashmir as a State of India.
4. The persons who oppose should be asked to leave the country. more

I am wondering those people living in majority in Kashmir should be educated to live with minority the example of all other states of India. To have a mind set that they are for Pakistan was created because of miscommunication during the freedom struggle. That state was ruled by a Hindu King. That was a Hindu kingdom. The union with India by the King and defending the rights of people from Independence itself to be propagated to the younger generation. The reality of peoples needs are not projected. Our own MPS are not bold enough to sign the statement.Issues are to be viewed differently from now. more
This is the needed step for the Indian Union . This Country cannot and shall not loose its Sovereignty and connected Powers . The issue of absolute independent powers to such States or Provinces shall not ruin the peaceful life lead of the neighboring States of the Union . It is very high time for the Union to monitor peace and livelihood opportunities althrough the Union Territory . It is also necessary to amend the issues set in the List I , II , and III of Seventh Schedule of our Constitution please . more
