Karnataka Elections

Supreme court has seriously erred in reducing the time from 15 days to ONE day. The Governor should have insisted a gurantee that the unholy post poll alliance between JD(S) & Khangress that it give stable government for FIVE years, else poll expenses will be charged to their account or their election symbols as a party will be suspended in that state for a period of equal to the number of years left i.e. 5 years (-) miinus 6 months = 4.5 years.
Governor focus should be stability of the government that is being formed irrespective of whether it encourages horse trading, for each election costs government tax payer money being spent on reconducting the elections.
The question of majority or minority alliance is all bullshit & erroroneous.
The alliance which gives stability & clean govt should be focus & Supreme Court should stay off from the number games. more

THIS SHOW WAS CREATED BY CONGRESS TO WRONG-ROUTE THE PEOPLE THAT BJP IS UNFAIR. Peoples Mandate of Vote had been grossly left out by all means WHILE OBJECTIVE OF PEOPLE'S ' One Man One Vote ' stated by Dr. Aambedkar and adopted in Constituent Assembly is also set off from Justice and the Political Rule . more
Exactly correct. No body/nobody took the issue in its true spirit. It is the issue of refusal and rejection of a Party that Ruled BY People's Vote WHICH SHALL NOT BE set against the People's Mandate. The allowed Governing Share by the Same Party that was defeated by the People's Vote is not only against the mandate of people in Political Democracy BUT ALSO AGAINST THE CONCLUSIONS DELIBERATED BY DR. Ambedkar and, the System adopted by the Constituent Assembly . Constituent Assembly's conclusions of Objectives, Purpose and derivation of mandates contemplated in the Constitution ARE ABOVE THE CONCLUSIONS ADVERSELY OPTED BY THE HOSES OF PEOPLE . In all such issues, the Objective, Concept, Purpose and its justified mandate as envisaged in the Constituent Assembly shall score the absolute Justifiable Order of JUSTICE THAT WAS GUARANTEED IN THE PREAMBLE OF THE CONSTITUTION . Hence, the Supreme Court Full Bench or a 11 Members S.C.Bench only is the authoritative to establish the Justified enforcement even for the Future . more
A Party that can be alleged as purchasing Members is as equal as A Party that purchases other Party on wholesale . In the issue of Karnataka, gifting C.M. Seat itself falls under this category and not Congress giving-up Ruling . Even now, Congress possess absolute majority in the Rule opted under Congress, JDS coalition WHICH IS AGAINST TO PEOPLE'S SPECIFIC MANDATE . more
