I am surprised about the Rules framed by FSSAI. The Govt. Bodies simply make RULES AFTER RULES. But they will never tell who will implement. Could you find any information on the IMPLEMENTATION aspect?
If you ask for all those items and conditions, the Juice Shop owner will simply tell you to find another Shop, if he is polite.
If he is not, he may tell you to start a Shop of your own fulfilling those conditions.
We must know that these Rules are made just to help the Govt. functionaries make more money in the form of "Haftaa". Nothing beyond that.

"Haftas" are collected from those who are covered by the inspectors for breaking the rules. Hence, the impudence and fearlessness in their replies..... more

Rules are only meant for framing in FSSAI like Photographs but they are not meant for implementation. No seriousness no Official, Executive and Political support for its implementation more

IMPLEMENTATION is a tough work where lot of problems crop up. local goons beating up the govt staff, crying victim citing religion, caste etc.. we need a tough guy like Modi in every dept so that the haftaa will be stopped. BTW how many of u r going to cooperate and support the govt official if he raid a hotel premises? more

Please stop using the food shops which are not maintain the proper quality. As their business suffers, they will automatically start serving the healthy food/drinks. With our initiative we have to inculcate healthy food habits in the children. Rest will come in line. No HAFTA will work. Supply and demand will take care of it. more
