It is totally pathetic. I feel very strongly about armed forces not being given their due especially after retirement. In contrast, remember an estate being built for Pratibha Patil after retirement!!! more

On the contrary, any MP who becomes a stumbling block in the proceedings of the House and interferes with its functioning, remains absent during the running session etc should be punished and not only a proportionate salary be deducted, but also the cost of number of Parliament's working hours lost should also be charged to him. A thorough review should also be made on the freebies which they are enjoying should be made. more

All MPs of any party have got built for themselves and their extended family, estates by capturing govt land/bangalows . checkup their records of assets of most Presidents/Governors/ Speakers/Ministers/MP/MLA/Chairmen of Govt Bodies you will find amassing of huge wealth,property. This is when they work on socalled meagre salaries and imagine what will happen if as per Narain Murthy, Infosys, saying today all MP should be paid salaries of corporate chairman more
