ISI engaged in train derailments

It is very concerning to read that ISI through a network of naxals and nepali operatives are causing train derailments in India and were behind the Kanpur derailment.

What plan does Indian Railway and Govt have to ensure people can still trust railways to travel safely. What actions are being taken to monitor tracks proactively then reactively?

Railways Minister or Board should respond. more

I believe we have to take a very hard decision. Pak is going by proxy war. Lets start proxy war on regular basis. First step should be - scrap no first use of Unclear power. Let them also live in fear. You harm us we will harm you too - much more than you did us. Mind it - OFFENCE IS THE BEST DEFENSE. more

also refer the news that BJP leaders and workers caught by police for ISI activities. Secondly the train derailment is under investigation.
