State governments and UTs should identify only the hotspots and impose strict lockdown and mass testing therein. Normal economic activity should be allowed in all other areas. not only lives, livelihood is also important. more
Your agreement and surveys do not help. Majority of the cities are neither open nor shut. One's discretion is the best option and to his convenience.
If one is really worried, it is the nervous citizen. Half the time he is anxious that there will be some sort of infection from someone. The other half will be by way of anxiety whether his supplies will be available as advertised.

The app of the Govt. Aarogya Setu adds to the confusion. My reading for 500 metres shows 8 users have been shown as positive in last 28 days. I do not know how this information helps me, the user. It helps the Government and therefore the Govt. insists that this app is mandatory. But if the user has not taken the survey as per the app, it is of no use. more
Gvvt. is already disbursing money directly to JanDhan A/C and is reaching them directly.
The Central Govt. is also providing money to State provide the food rations, shelter and other basic necessities for the needy. It is for the State Governments to implement it in a proper manner. more
