Is Mr. Arun Jaitley President appointed minister??
In which place did the finance minister, Arun Jaitley have won the election?? I could remember that the minister was appointed by the president with Prime ministers recommendation which is one of the provisions given in the Indian constitution. But anybody can share how many ministers can be appointed by the president with the PM’s recommendation. If so appointed, whether the minister needs to face the election to prove people’s support or not?? more

What was given by me is the provision in Indian constitution. Prime Minister has one of his power as sole rights to recommend a minister's appointment and make the president to appoint him as well. If this is wrong, why this content is being given in the competitive exam preparation books. Being a web designer have you read for any competitive exams to know this details??? If this information is wrong then the publisher should take the responsibility and not myself. more
