In general, a fairly comprehensive writeup on precautions needed for Covid-free air travel.

One is not quite clear whether the frisking of passengers shall be done by thermally or physically.

Newspapers had published that no carry-on baggage would be allowed for storage in the passenger area inside the aircraft. This finds no mention in the guidelines.

One can safely presume that same guidelines would apply inside the airline lounges at the airport, if they are allowed to be opened.

F&B counters may be opened, but must strictly adhere to the guidelines. CUSS (common use self service) kiosks would be there naturally. No mention is made of other shops. more  
Till now flight booking not yet started for the stranded tourists and pilgrims at different parts of the country in spite of announcement by the Ministry. more  
Are senior citizens above 80 allowed to travel ? Other than the need for
wheelchair the person is hale and hearty

Problem is not specifying the rules to be followed by states/UTs regarding arriving passengers - reg internment, etc. more
