Suggestion for Railways/IRCTC:
1. Review the website design and re-design the entire software keeping in mind that software is easy to operate and there should not be any default options. Let the user click or enter data. Let the software be complex but make it simple for user;
2. Software must display the berths being allotted (No. and position of berth LB/UB/SL/SU) before the payment is done. There must be an option for acceptance or re-planning..... If accepted then only go for payment gateway.....
3. Once the user logs-in, there should not be advertisements pop-ups. They distract the attention of the user (probability of error increases). .... more
