Speed of many trains are very slow and stops are too much please reduse
stops like AWADH EXPRESS & KUSHI NAGAR EXP running between gorakhpur -
Mumbai & and increase speed and re-schedule some old trains.

2. THE OLD SYSTEM OF KEEPING ALL RECORDS AS IT IS IN BOOKING, CANCELLATION, REFUND ETC WAS FINE. NO BODY WAS REQUIERED TO A HARD COPY RECORD. NOW IT IS REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED.
3. UNDER CONTRACT ACT ONE WHO PERFORMS THE ACT OF AGENT IS REQUIRED TO REPLY TO COMPLAINTS. IF IT REQUIRED TO BE REFERRED TO PRINCIPAL THEN IT SHOULD BE REFERRED BY AGENT. BUT IRCTC IN MOST CASE ASK PASSENGERS TO WRITE DIRECTLY TO RAILWAYS.
4.THER SHOULD BE A SINGLE PRESCRIBED AUTHORITY TO WHOM TO WRITE COMPLAINTS AGAINST IRCTC. ONE ASKKS TO WRITE TO THE OTHER AND HE T THE NEXT ONE AND SOMETIMES TO DIFFERENT RAILWAY ZONES. A TOOFAN EXPRESS WAS CANCELLED. FOR REFUND IRCTC ASKED ME TO WRITE TO RAILWAYS. THE TICKET WAS FOR BOARDING FROM MATHURA. RAILWAYS ASKED TO WRITE TO WESTERN RALWAYS. BUT THEY SAID TOOFAN EXPRESS AT MATHURA COMES UNDER CENTRAL RAILWAYS. WHO IN TURN SAID THAT THE TICKET WAS BOOKED AT CALCUTTA AND I HAVE TO WRITE EASTERN RAILWAYS. I AM WRITING AGAIN AND AGAIN TO ALL FOR LAST TEN YEARS. I HAVE GOT ALL THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THE PAPER TKT. more
