Is there anyone in this ciricle who has invested in the Park Serene Project of BPTP in Sector 37, Gurgaon and is not happy with their unreasonable attitude and demands? We need to fight for justice. Please post your responses for us to consolidate. more

We already have a registered association and a case has been filed in NCDRC against BPTP. Give your flat no. and mobile no. I will whatsapp a contact number to become member. more

Thanks for your responses Satyendra Ji and Ravi Ji. We do not have a registered association as possession has not been provided as yet. The company does not share this information fearing that all the customers would form an association to fight their unreasonable and unjestified appreach and demands. would appreciare further help if possible. more

Satish ji, you should check out the entry register to the project for other owners in the project. That might be helpful. You could also ask the builder employees to provide a list of owners, (although that is highly unlikely). Another approach could be to locate the emails from common emails sent out to distribution lists. You could try and find out the emails from any groups (on google or yahoo etc). All the best more
