Infrastructure:

Aaptard and Congis are stopping land acquisition law...Pls allow the law to be passed. If the law is not passed the infra sector will be pressed hard..Projects will be stopped..

New greenfield projects are not coming...Projects are already delayed.. more

PLEASE LET US IN THE FIRST PLACE TRY TO EMPHASIZE ON THE NEEDED ARREST OF CONVERTING THE CULTIVATING LANDS TO PLENTY USELESSLY KEPT DRY YEARS TOGETHER AND STILL BY THE REAL ESTATE STALWARTS IN AND AROUND ALL THE TOWNS AND VILLAGES ONLY FOR CREATION OF BLACK MONEY BUSINESSING AND AS A SUPPORTIVE OF TAX EVADERS BESIDES CARRYTING TOWARDS THE SAFE INVESTMENT . THIS IS WHAT ALL HAVE TO THINK. LET US NOT ALLOW FURTHER TO CONVERT AND CREATE DRY IDLE LANDS IN THE WAY OF REAL ESTATE LAYOUTS WHERE NO RESIDENTIAL COMMITMENT PLANS ARE PROGRAMMED. PLEASE LET US BE SERIOUS ON THIS ISSUE ALSO WHICH IS UN-KNOWINGLY IN MULTIPLE REDUCTION OF CULTIVABLE LANDS IN AND AROUND ALL TOWNS AND CITIES. more
We see very high rate of inflation for the food & vegetables, adulteration in food products, many fruits items are either adulterated or highly priced. The reason is low production of these items - so agricultural development needs high priority and no fertile land should be used for industrial or housing development. more
This law should be implemented, no doubt but judiciously but all fertile land should be used for the production of agricultural produce so that a healthy balanced growth is maintained as infrastructural, industrial and agricultural ones. more
1. AS YOU ALSO BEST KNOW , IT IS THE SUITABLE INFRASTRUCTURE THAT REQUIRES FOR AN INDUSTRY BESIDES TRANSPORTATION COSTS , MEN AND MATERIAL , EFFLUENT PASSAGE , TREATMENT ETC., . SUCH WILL BE MANY IN THE PRESENT PLAN AND ALSO FOR USE OF 100 POOR DISTRICTS TO BE IMPROVED . 2. I HAD SEEN SOME INDUSTRIES HAD TO BE CLOSED DUE TO LACK OF DRAINAGE [ ORIGINAL DRAIN LATER AFTER 9 YEARS CONVERTED AS DRAIN CUM IRRIGATION BY DIST. COLLECTOR ] AND IT WAS A PAPER INDUSTRY AND AND SUGAR INDUSTRY. 3. EVEN NOW, THERE ARE FIGHTS FROM SURROUNDED RESIDENTIALS FOR REMOVAL OF SOME INDUSTRIES EVEN AFTER THEIR WORKING FOR OVER 15 YEARS . 4. ALL SUCH IRKSOME SHALL NOT BE ENDOWED WITH EVEN THESE NEW INDUSTRIES TO BE SET UP NOW EVEN AFTER HAVING ALL THESE EXPERIENCES. 5. WITH SPECIFIC PROVISIONS ELEMINATING THE POSSIBILITIES OF MIS-USE AND THE ENCASHMENT OF BULK MONEYS FROM OUT OF THESE ACQUIRED LANDS THAT UNDERWENT SERIOUS MIS-USE THROUGH THE SALE REGISTRATIONS BY GOVERNMENTS TO THE CORPORATES OR ZONE OWNERS IN BULK IS RIGHTLY DEALTWITH IN THIS AMENDMENT BILL. IF THIS SYSTEM OF REGISTRATION OF LANDS IS APPLIED ONLY TO THOSE INDIVIDUAL INDUSTRY OWNERS ON PERFECT SUBSCRIPTION FOR A SPECIFIC INDISTRY OR BUSINESS , LIMITING THE BANKERS' LOANS ON SUCH LANDS , WILL ENTIRELY ARREST ALL SORTS OF MISUSE AND GAMBLING ON SUCH LANDS AS UNDERWENT EARLIER. more
infra development is essential but not at the cost of fertile lands. Govt.should try to get non-fertile lands which are non-fertilie atleast for 50 years. more
