All country men above 18 years should be taken under tax card by the govt. whether they are paying zero tax or any other amount of zero. Now the situation is that the govt officials are getting more parks rather than the salary which are almost tax free only paying small amount of tax on their salary. All small business personnel does not follow the proper business rules for paying taxes. 1st we have to introduce the electronic transaction, cash transaction to be reduced as maximum as possible, so that all transaction can be identified. Teachers who are doing private tution, Astrologer, Doctors having private practice are mostly dealing with black money. Govt should think about that also. The individual who are paying taxes are getting same treatment from the govt as those who are paying nothing. So, please think to bring all country men under Tax. then only country can give the facility to the senior citizen like other western countries. more
