Inappropriate ads during cricket

The consumer ministry of India and ASCI are failed organisations.

Inappropriate Sunny Leone ads are back during cricket and no one is acting. Kids are watching cricket.

Why can’t we ensure that ads of adult products are shown after 10 pm only and with a warning? more

I wouldn’t categorise them as failed, but there is certainly room for improvement. ASCI is active, and does respond to complaints and issues, but its powers are limited (it can ask for removal/modification, but isn’t the same as a full regulatory body). The Consumer Ministry sets policy and safeguards consumer rights, but given the huge ad ecosystem (TV + OTT + digital), it is challenging to police everything in real time. So yes — for many consumers the effectiveness may feel weak, especially when problematic ads keep appearing. more
Do these advertisements align with the sex education in school? So toxic in public? more
But isnt it important for children to get sex education? They are doing in schools. more
Sex education is different from portraying women as 'materials for consumption with an expiry'. The message that people get from such ads are women are weak and 'available' which is what Shikha is objecting to.. and rightfully so more
Yes you are correct. BJP is Buddhe Janonka Party & hence they are less active in most of the cases. You see how the ministers are talking with media like Ladies . No aggression. In country what lower class Nautanki is going on because of this. when any person understand the another person capability & daring he started twisting to him . exactly it is going on. There is No control on any dept. of any minister except few. Another the highly educated peoples can do anything as they thought in several ways , not able to take risk , just to save their skin & chairs. In next coming years BJP will become replica of Congress. Internal Politics , Groupism will spoiled them. more
I support Ms, Shikha Jain. All Gaming and other Ads promoting Adult Products Must be shown only afterb10.0 pm. more
