improving food quality
it is not only quality but quantity too should be looked after where ever dinning car/pantries available like rajdhani food facility. all trains running more than 500km should have pantry. in hygienic view of all passengers , no home cooked food should be allowed.it should be plate system not meal system to avoid west. so person wants more/less item required/not required, sick person/healthy person should have as per their requirement.quality must be good and hygienic. it should be checked by train guard and /or head tt and report should be enter in their log book. complain/suggestion box should be only removed by terminating station and must be sent to the station supt. originating catering service. more

Best way is to have a Menu which is simple but very balanced ,cost effective r and yet very nourishing . more
