Ias officer takes law in his own hands

See how Bengal IAS officer, Nikhil Nirmal, district magistrate of Alipurduar district takes law in his own hands. He & his wife beat up a youth for making bad comments on his wife’s Facebook profile. Incident unfolds inside the police station & infront IC of Police

Can common junta also get this facility or is it just for these ias officers. Either rip him of his ias title or put him behind bars. Why do we have police? more

As  a govt official , every body  should follow the  service conduct rule of their govt. They should have reported the matter to law enforcing agency  (police) for  necessary action instead of  taking law in their hand.  In the particular case,it appears from the above statement of you , that  both  the officials (  IAS Officer  & police station in -charge) have violated the service  conduct rules and they are  called for appropriate  disciplinary actions . Mr. Nikhil Nirmal is not an IAS officer, he is a shame for Indian Education system. He was trying to show his muscle and administrative power in front of everybody. He,himslef and all police officers misused their administrative power.our honourable CM should punish all of them immediately and put them behind bars. more
This person should be immediately de-serviced and barred from being in any Government / State service for life. It may also be ensured that he and his wife are made to repay very penny they have drawn from public funds by way of training expenses, salary, benefits, housing, vehicles, driver salary and benefits, pension funds, PF everything possible and brought to streets to sustain through begging from the same citizens whom they think are their slaves and servants to be treated as they wish. Entire recruitment team and process of PSC needs to be disbanded if they recruit people with such mental set up. PSC needs people drawn from everyday life and similar minded Government officials. Every PSC board should get constituted like jury used to be in earlier days on cas-to-case basis from normal citizens without any background in law to provide neutral view points. more
Practically, in our society we entire people give more & more respect, gentility, gesture, soberness with millions of positive attitude to these posts as a result these terror government officials forget their rules, regulations & working instructions as a result dare to involve any type of activities sometimes that is more than terrorism as because all those things are getting happened by the top official of district government with witnessing same state government Circle Inspector. It is shame to our country that the people i.e. seated on top officials instead of protect followers violating Constituency and getting entangled into criminal offences. It is a punishable offence. more
case must be file by victium against ias and his wife more
