I want to make India clean. Please help

I do not want to throw water bottles and other wastes on the road side. But where can I throw them? I do not see dust bins in 1 KM area at some places. Even if you find one, it is full and not cleared for weeks. I do not want to urinate in the open place. But I cannot even go nearby a public toilet because all of them are stinking and no water to flush. I want to see clean railway stations. But most of them are stinking because people use toilets in the trains stopped at stations. When I buy vegetables or fruits they give me a very thin plastic bag. Why govt can not ban manufacturing of thin plastic bags and take action on those who still make them? Why govt can not use mechanical sweepers on all the main roads at least once a week? more

I think almost all of us have experienced these similar problems but I think, it can be sort out if 1. We start keeping a dustbin outside our house and not to depend much on municipality to keep a public dustbin for us 2. Municipal Corporation is made responsible to collect it everyday 3. Artificial way of bio-degradation or recycling or burning or land filling or disposal of waste should be made to keep the surrounding and environment clean more
Asking people not to throw garbage on roadsides before installing dust bins every 100 meters and clearing them at regular intervals is like putting horse before the cart. more
Engaging everyone and public for sweeping area is not the solution for cleaning . Perfect system of cleaning is to be established . And public should keep watch on that . more
All that is being done is fine but For swatch Bharat the government needs to put garbage bins around and have them picked up regular basis. Designate land fill sites. Garbage dumpsters in residential areas that are picked up minimum twice to thrice a week! more
Only next generation will make us proud. We should teach all the children from kg level about cleanliness.Every child should be taught to keep their house and environment clean. Modern equipments irrespective of cost should be provided to corporation employees. Even graduates will join as cleaner.Solve unemployment also. more
