I have been advocating for introduction of seat selection while booking through internet. While booking we often do not know which berth is available and is been given. I have brought this to the notice of the concerned several times.But no action is taken.

Secondly IRCTC should stop charging 1.8% on the tickets booked online since the central Govt. is propagating cashless transactions. more

Everyone is excepting lower birth. So it is very difficult to satisfy all. Railway Minister has not done anything. This is called fortune. I think that present situation it is better to cooperation with the Government. more

why there should be waiting list when you are able to give tatkal. Railways should full fill regular bookings and balance to be given to tatkal. more

That is correct since railways is able to cut its work force by reducing number of booking clerks and save on expenditure so why not pass on same benefit to customers. more
