Not sure where you are located. I reside in Noida and am part of following circles: Transform India with Narendra Modi to participate in National Governance Gautam Budh Nagar - Noida Constituency Sector 44 Noida for my neighborhood Property Buys/Sell/Rental in delhi/NCR Professionals, Careers and Mentors in Delhi/NCr It is one of the best innovations and it appears all founders of local circles are Indians. This particular circle is superb for what it does and the selfless contributions of 94000 Indians. Good luck more

I suggest you read the post "About" at the bottom of this page. That would give you an insight into the circle. As for a particular circle, its objective need be read. E.g. The objective of "Transform India with Narendra Modi" is to garner citizen inputs and thus bringing them closer to participation in the direct governance of the country. This is the broad perspective. more
