HUDA AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Dear Sir,
This is regarding the HUDA Affordable Houses in Gurgaon.
Sir, there is very big problem in this. Most of the developers are not providing the forms for lottery draw. They are asking for huge premium so no one is providing the Forms. I talked to them for Sector-102, Sector-103, Sector-90 etc. They all wants to earn black money by not proving the forms. Please do needful and see that the developers specially for the sectors I have mentioned shall provide the forms for lottery draw. Otherwise it defeats the basic purpose of affordable housing.
Please do needful for providing the forms to General Public.

Dear Jain Sir, It seems you have not interacted with the developers or their agents for affordable housing. Every one who wants a affordable house is aware that there is 5 % management quota. Please first deal with them only then you will be able to know their tacts to manage the remaining 95 % also. To be specific about the Sectors; Sector-90 is the Shree Vardhaman Affordable housing, Sector-104 is Zara Awas. Sector-102 is Ramada. can you please provide me the forms for these sectors. more

Dear Sir, I want to inform you regarding the Huda affordable scheme. Huda Policies mention the quota for public & management of builders. divided quota for 5% builder and 95% public. Huda given all the authority to builders for sale 5% of management quota before the launched of public quota after that clearance all the certification and approved the building plan. Sir, I said forms are not available for Lottery draw. Yes from Management Quota Forms are available. For which you need to pay huge amount of more than Rs. 5 lakh in cash (black money). If you can get the forms for Sector-90, Sector-102, sector-104 etc for lottery draw please provide me the same. I shall collect from you and will be highly obliged also. more

Dear Mr. Navin Nath It is not true that forms are not available. Forms are available within time frame for Rs. 1000/-. it is good for small budget family. It is cheap and including all i.e. EDC, Parking space, Club charges, Elect. Charges, PLC, etc. in CLP and to be completed in 4 years. There are approx. 36 licensee for affordable house, you can choice. If you face any problem, than ask me and I will try my best or will do complaint with DTCP. V K Jain 9810024881 more
