How to withdraw EPF balance, which is linked to adhaar card, whose phone number cannot be changed?
I wanted to withdraw EPFO balance, but, couldn't do that, the my adhaar card linked to it has old mobile phone number, I tried to change it before lockdown, but, all centers locally were not operating & still not operating. How to withdraw EPF balance in such case, as EPFO will send OTP to adhaar linked mobile number.
Centers/public facilities which are not able to operate continuously & consistently, should be replaced with some other method to do so, Adhaar Card which is claimed to be a social security number for Indians, cannot be updated as & when required, makes it not of much worth, in times like this. First kiosks were started, then, it was given to post offices which has only one answer, they are not operating right now & don't know when they will in future. more

It is mandatory to have he mobile updated in Aadhar. I think you have to wait. I am also facing similar problem for my PF withdrawal. Hope post 17th. On the meantime kindly send a mail to uidai whether they can support in this case remotely. more

uidai is not replying I sent email for another query as my name in my company payrecords and aadhar is not matching as per error message. But without aadhar also you can withdraw. PAN and Bankdetails are the one really needed. Am I correct? more

It will be done without otp as the OTP will be comming to another phone or we are not aware of the phone.. more
