How to file Case at Consumer Court Faridabad
Can any one guide me process to file case at Consumer Court Faridabad. I bought shoes for 7000 from Myntra with 6 months warranty . But in 5 months shoes are showing quality issues and Myntra is not willing to honour the warranty .

Hi Sanjeev, First of all you should address the complaint with Myntra along with a copy to the manufacturer ( in writing). At IInd stage send a Regd NOTICE through acknowledgment and give 15 days time. If not sorted out , approach consumer court with all detailed complaint history, your follow up and remedy you want i.e replacement or refund . For detailed procedure you can call consumer helpline they will guide you exact procedure . For complaint format you can search on website also. more

Hi Sanjeev Apologies for the delayed reply. The first thing to be done is to send a notice to the concerned party, wait for a reasonable time for response . The court insist for serving the notice first. In my case the complaint was against a reputed AC brand. The AC was giving persistent problems and was not being attended to by the company. Finally I got relief through the court and the company was forced to replace my AC. more

I am not aware about consumer court in Faridabad but I had earlier filed a complaint at the consumer court at shekh sarai in Delhi. It is at the T point of BRT and Press Enclave road. more
