How to check the property is legal or illegal ..?
Anybody can tell me the Vrandavan dhaam in Shaveri village.it is legal society or illegal, actually i want to purchase a builder flat but i am bit confused. Please help me it can purchase or not. more

But in GDA very expensive price and i am not searching for investment i am searching for personal thats why i am asking to every body.If any body have better option please suggest me (help me) and i will follow him. more

Why you are choosing that site. If you want to invest money, then go for residential flats in Ghaziabad,approved by GDA and see all legal documents. Hire a legal person. Always opt for ready to move flat even spending little more money for this. more

I think there have lot clause to verify the freehold lend, and user can not verify your self. so i think i should quit from the flat. more

until it is not converted in residential land no bank will finance it and further it will be labled as illegal colony in future. you need to get the mutation also done for the same property else after sale deed even the seller can sell the property to some one else. more

Khasara and khatauni in which the name of builder is mentioned are not sufficient ask for sale deed there are many more documents required to be check by lawyer which we cannot disclose it will be against our set principles and ethics unless someone doesn't engage us as his lawyer I can't disclose more more
