How should the Government open COVID vaccination for citizens between ages 18 and 45?

Our regular circle efforts and pressure on Govt is leading to good results. See attached. They have just announced that Vaccination to be offered on ALL DAYS of April month at all Public and Private COVID Vaccination Centres (including gazetted holidays)

This is good considering India has many holidays in April. more

Un urban locations, to avoid crowding and also to felicitate the 2nd doze of the vaccination, the age limit should be reduced progressively. In villages where the population is low, one day camps should be organized and all adults should be vaccinated in one go. more  
All government and private hospitals should be entrusted with the duty. more  
Mobile van to be hired and all medical staff has to visit places for vaccination with public address system to each blocks .The timings should be 8am to 5 pm daily more  
It all depends on supply and demand. Since supply of vaccine is limited- I have assumed it - it is better to increase the eligible recipients gradually. If supply is not a constraint, then more the better, especially in the context of third -or is it the second - wave. more
