How citizens were overcharged during 2nd COVID wave

Thanks to all the circle members who shared their and family's experience during the 2nd COVID wave with regards to RT-PCR tests, buying medicines, oxygen and related supplies and finding an ambulance. Below is the survey report which indicates the kind of black marketing we experienced as a nation.

How citizens were overcharged during the 2nd COVID wave

If you want your district administration and state government to act so this doesn't happen in the event of a 3rd COVID wave or even if cases rise, do share the same with them as well as social media.

Only collectively, we can resolve the menace of black marketing in India. more

Majority of Indians and Indian establishments always remain engaged in searching out any scope arising out of any kind of situation even if it is Covid19 like pandemic to encash for their personal benefits only taking the undue advantage of helplessness of the common people as also the government. They have little concern over the people's hardships and grief of losing their nears and dears. They are like the vultures. In the present scenario of unlimited empowerment of common people conferred by our Constitution, the government has its limitations to book them for judicial probe. more
I only wonder as to why we got the 2nd wave. It was primarily due to carelessness of citizens and authorities to thinking that Covid was not amongst us and did not continue to follow the required covid protocols. Corruption is a cancer in India irrespective of Covid. more
Where there is more demand than the availability, this situation happens. It is an universal situation, as the authorities are not prepared for such a situation. more
1.I understand that in this "CIVID PANDEMIC 'situations ,medical personnel became "EXTRA RICH".Their bank balance increased multi-fold. A tool need to be developed and to be applied, while calculating their Income Earnings in the F Y 2020-2021 and,2021-2022,and,if the earnings are disproportionate to the trend observed in earlier years, their accounts should be scrutinized. Also, same action should be done on the Hospitals and on Medical Fraternity. Similarly, all other professions connected to "Covid Pandemic should be addressed. 2.Those, who are in "Corruptions minded-throught out their every day life,'are looking for every chance, every project,as to how to get their pockets full, with out considering any human values. That is why "Corruption" is rampant in India, and, our score on corruption is 40 with rank 86 as per report published by There is a substantial improvement over the last 5 years,no doubt, however, considering the Intelligent-Indian we should be Leader in the World. We have been making enough representation to get a Seat in U N Security Council. Based on present Corruption Perception Index-the ratings of five members are as follows: CP-Index Country Score 11 UK 77 23 FRANCE 69 25 U S A 67 42 CHINA 78 30 RUSSIA 129 & 40 INDIA 86 NEW ZEALAND IS IN FIRST RANK WITH SCORE-88 AND SINGAPORE IS IN 3RD RANK WITH SCORE-85 Amongst the NON-RESIDENTS of the world, maximum contributions is given to the work place BY INDIANS. WHY SHOULD WE NOT SHINE -WE DO NOT LACK EXCEPT THE "i" FACTOR.We should change from "I" to "YOU" ,and, the scenario will change to get :VASUDAIV KUTUMBKAM" more
When the Laws are weak, such things are bound to happen. There has to be strict and timely punishment. more
