How can we inspire every person to pay income tax.

Friends, we need to think how can we inspire every person to pay income tax.There must be many self employed people who might not be paying tax. The reason what I think that there is no extra facilities for tax payers n terms of social security , Medical , education etc. I suggest that for tax payers there should be some very attractive facilities what a non tax payer could not avail. if every one who are supposed to pay tax will start paying tax the burden could also be lessen on current tax payers. more  

Which will never happen so long as Income Tax rate is 30% and proposed GST 27% more  
IF ALL THE RICH & BUSINESS ENTERPRISES PAY CORRECTLY THE TAXES & DUTIES , EVERY CITIZEN AUTOMATICALLY FULFILLS HIS DUTY. more  
Abolish Income Tax and introduce Bank Transaction Tax. White paper already submitted by this circle to Government before budget 2015. more
