Hitachi-Window AC Complaint
It's very annoying and disappointed that after so much followup the things are not getting sorted and no one from Hitachi is taking care of the things.
I was in the impression that the Hitachi company is very well reputed and taking care of there product and there user/customers, but I was completely wrong.
The company do not have any ethics and protocol for there services.
From the first day of my AC purchase the window AC is not working properly and company told that its is manufactured defective product and going to replace the item but still so many complaints and tickets open the all the tickets are closed without our concern and still the product is not working.
Three times the Gas had refilled and AC also went to the workshop and one part was also replaced and last times people from Hitachi company also visit and inspect the product and comes to the conclusion that the AC is defective and it will going to be replaced but after so much of commitment from company the call got closed and got the message from company about the closure of the call.
This is very much frustrating after purchasing the brand new defective product and no one is taking care of it. Now I am not expecting anything from Hitachi but please do one thing for me please take this AC from me and I didnt want anything from from Hitachi, so that I can purchase a other brand new AC.

Its seems to be very strange that Hitachi cant bear their own defective product and cannot stand on there commitment. After so much of efforts from me things are not getting sortout I'll put the things on social media and going to do the legal for the same to satisfy my zeal.
any body advise? more
