High Rent In Gurgaon a form of Black Money
Hi Friends,
Why there is so much high rent in Gurgaon. We middle class people cannot afford buying house in Gurgaon due to very high rates, but we are forced to pay high rents for not even good apartments.
Why does not government pass some rule for rent purpose or start tax submission necessary for the LandLords. All these rents are taken in as Black money because 99% of Land Lord take high rent and pay no tax for that.
As per tax norm we have to show Land Lord PAN no. if we pay rent more than 1lakh in a year. But no Land lord gives his PAN no. they say "Do yourself or leave".
How can this be controlled ? How can a middle class man afford living ?? How can this Black Money shown?
If this is taken care of then its 100 % sure is that the prices will go down for each thing as the biggest reason for high price now in Gurgaon is due to Rents.
Has anyone any suggestion?

Yes Dear All, The landors and property dealers are taking common men for a ride. We should develop cohesiveness among rent sekers to deny these people the ransom they are demading from us. more

Yes Gupta ji, now we agree on a point.... i am married and maximum who have replied in favor are married and average paid ones who are not able to pay high rents of gurgaon and forced to live in lower areas which in turn again alarms that Rental income is now become Black Money more

Yes Mandeep ji, if some one salary is 40 K these days, he can not and should not rent a house for more than 10K. Please don't compare Gurgaon with cities like Bangalore or Hyd, since the prices of apartments in Gurgaon is much higher as compared to these cities, being NCR. Land prices are high and you can not expect a 2 BHK house, which cost around 1 Cr these days, to be available for rent of 10-15K. Moreover, these days, with 40K salary in Gurgaon, it is better to stay in a PG if you are not married. It is difficult to survive in Gurgaon for a married couple with this salary unless both are working. It is a fact which we have to accept in Gurgaon and NCR. Please excuse me for being so straight forward, I know you may not like it. more
