HEALTHY INDIA THROUGH HEALTH DELIVERY SYSTEM:
A good health Delivery system there is need for sufficient doctors and paramedical personnel. But there is a severe dearth for qualified doctors, Specialists in our Country as we hear, see and experience . As per the statistics quoted by Dr. Davy Shetty ,
* every 12 minutes a Pregnant woman dies ,
* 3 Lakh die on the day they are born
* 1.2 Lakh die before they reach the first birthday . As the need for example in one field ,
The reason is not sufficient doctors to attend on these hapless rural Indians at their time of need and Emergency . We can take the example of availability of Gynaecologists . The need is 2 Lakh Gynaecologists – India has less than 50 thousand . Out of them 50% - live in cities – but 60% of the deliveries take place in rural areas . All the above mentioned cases of death are due to lack of immediate Medical Attention at the time of crisis. Bringing Emergency cases to cities (where the specialist are), the golden hour is being Frittered away resulting in Death or more complications . Now 140 Faculty for 100 students , not an economic proportion as 140 can train 1,000 students . So India needs a Liberated policy for Medical and Paramedical Education , there is no need for Finances .

Is it possible today ? Only thee affordable and the super rich can afford the education.

IMC/MCI to survey, study and suggest requisite proposals to Health Ministry on various seasonal / chronic deceases as well as the root causes for these suggesting controls and alternatives. GOI need to encourage Dispensaries and Simple establishment Hospitals in all Towns and Cities rather than Licencing too many Super Speciality and NRI/Corporate Hospitals to treat the 65% general public . The Hospitals and Hospitality prior to introduction of NRI and Corporate Hospitals [upto say 2005] fared well to this 65% commom people which are now compulsorily routed to Super Specialty / Corporate Hospitals . GOI need to mandate strict Rules to eradicate practices of wrong Operations in some Hospitals SINCE SILENCE ON WRONG AND NEGLIGENT OPERATIONS [forgetting Cotton or Scissor or Nose players or Clips in the Body operated] is a bad sign of this Profession or Service under a Hospital or Government . There shall be quarterly Souvenirs , yearly Training if required on the developing Chronic and Seasonal Deceases besides commenting on Food Habits and supply of Packed Snacks of Adulterated/Stale or made from Stale Food grains/Flours . more

Morality with dedication to work and Service Oriented Doctors are respected and considered. Doctors converted to money making is dangerous to the society. Moreover, Com ponders and Nurses who are catering greatest services to the doctors are considered to be treated as doctors. In a hospital, it should be team of dedication to serve the patient. Instead of big building of hospitals as shopping mall may be converted with small set up clinics in various and diverted places to render better and quick services to the patients. more

This noble practice diversified after 2006 while insurance coverage misused at set nexus between Superficiality/ NRI hospital Managements and Insurance Companies.
In continuance, Govt free and aided to poor through these Hospitals also resulted in Price Hike as well as dilution in old practice of dedicated service. These are increasing after demise of DEDICATED MOTHER THERESA.
Now to be reformed at interest of General Public, Nation and the i evitable NEED OF REINSTATING THE THE DEDICATED SERVICE IN HEALTH SECTOR.
EVEN NOW A DAYS MANY AYURVEDIC , NATUROPATHIC DOCTORS ARE RENDERING GOOD AND DEDICATED SERVICE SECONDING THE MAJORITY DOCTORS WHO ARE AWAY FROM SUPER-SPECIALTY/ NRI AND CORPORATE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENTS.
