Have a look railways!!!!
2. For the benefit of passengers the basic fare being paid during reservation in a particular train should not get cancelled if anyone decides to travel in a different train. This is specifically useful when a journey has to be completed in more than one train. The basic ticket should remain valid if a passenger finds an empty birth in an earlier connecting train. At present he/she is treated as ticketless traveller.Request railways to look into the matter. more
Secondly you are asking a MOON from Railways to permit a passenger to go by an earlier train if that contains large number of vacant berths with the tickets booked against a later train. This they will never do it not because of technical issues, but they do not have the WILL. more
