I don't understand why people pick cases of rape when all crimes happen and may rise or decrease all the times, can we say that such cases of crime were not much higher in past years or even since the creation? Why we don't ask rise in female crimes which have increased more than 1000% while it goes unreported and females are glorified as well as depicted as victims in all and every instance. It's very rigid and imbecile mind who jump at such news material. The cases of rape have only become a political tool in recent years. Pd. Now, these rape cases and so many others in Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujrat are continuation of the same hate spree established against 80% castes of India. This is not a crime against a female or a caste but is crime against the whole original country. Now, that we have to know. The rapes sp gangrape against so called lower castes is a national crime and I'd equate it at par with terror attacks on the border. So, it's rightly said that it's not merely a law and order issue it's a much deeper disease that needs radical treatment and I don't expect it from any ordinary politicians- pick anyone!! It's national issue that must be raised in right fashion but that will not happen again in this country!! The media will only used it as its sexist bias while the opposition will use it to destabilize the state Govt. But, the matter has to be raised loudly and sustainingly and everybody has to come out for it. The rural areas are still plagued by the caste apartheid and stringent measures to de-root this disease haven't yet started! more

Really this is very shameful for us and our administration its happen like a normal incident, not in Haryana all over India you hear that every day women are victim for rape and other harassment, Its all are happening due to lack of strong Law and awareness in Society. more

Dear Madam, This type of problem is more for mentality than the law and order (I am not protecting the law and order situation also). The mental and social problem is getting increased day to day. We can not get rid of these problem until children's of all society will not get equal education. No one is talking about equal education, health and other core issue. Every one is talking for cow, pakistan, kabristan and so many. How can we secure the future of India without securing the education and mentality of the next generation. If we buy all the missiles from all over the world it can not protect India without having equal growth of all children's and their mentality. All these illicit activity will net get stopped even if you put one police on every citizen unless we have equal education to all children of the society. more

As rightly commented, the issue is more deep-rooted and need to be tackled at National level at par with terrorism. so far as law and order in Haryana (esp.gurgaon) is concerned, it hardly exists and the state govt. cares no bit about it. more
