Dear friends, can any one help me ? I have a grievance with BPTP in Faridabad, after 9 years of completion & paying all dues, they still keep on asking money some way or other. They gave me NOC earlier, but now cite interest for some Perot in account statements at their part. This has happened several times. Please help he if Harayana RERa exists, as no where any contacts Or website is updated.

Try filing a RTI against the builder and DTCP ... and ask the right questions, you will have to persist
P with a few rounds of appeals in case they don't revert to the RTI but in the end they will be forced to respond and in the process get pressured to mend their ways more
