The whole issue has a few groups working together. These are: 1. The film makers who are focused on the moolah they can make 2. The politicians who can sniff an opportunity to create a vote bank or solidify an existing one 3. The bureaucrats who play along for personal gains 4. The police, who know what is about to happen, but are kept away. The incident then generates the desired heat. 5. The paid goons of the politicians 6. Victims - the hapless citizens We are doomed to suffer this kind of governance till the time we have such politicians, bureaucrats, and police. more
