Gurgaon housing sales declines by 52%
Housing sales in Gurgaon (including Bhiwadi, Dharuhera and Sohna) fell by 52 per cent last quarter while Noida has risen by 50%...Anyone knows why. Yogi ji better than Khattar ji or some esle? more

Apart from being expensive other 3 reasons are: 1. Slippage on promises about Metro, ISBT and Dwarks express-way. 2. Unprofessional MCG, Unreliable Electricity (frequent break-down on high wind and rain) and water Supply, Cleanliness and dumping of garbage all over and top it all flooding on roads and rising road level forcing flooding in adjoining societies. 3. Law and order, dangerous driving and safety on the road at late hours. 4. Lack of Professionalism in local governance. more

Gurgaon is an urban jungle Unreasonably expensive Gurgaon shares the history of brokers sky rocket internet property prices for no reason. Not a very practical place to live in terms of accessibility to markets, basic facilities Hospitals are medical malls Roads are bad Gurgaon is lonely We need to come together to make Gurgaon a better place to live more
