Greenfield projects are unavailable:

All investments in infra are happening abroad or in existing plants.Govt needs to free up land acquisition by making it easier to do business in india.Nothing much has changed..Investors are investing abroad. more

In order to take our railways to international standard cleanliness should be given top priority. Conservancy staff should be permanently stationed in every train to keep bogies and toilets spic and span. Train should be thoroughly checked by higher authorities at every junction point. The passengers who litter the trains should be fined and jailed. Waste collection drums should be placed at as many places as possible on the platform for the convenience of commuters. Dust bins are not available on the platforms compelling passengers to litter the platform and the station. Spitting should be strictly banned. It should be treated as a crime. Platforms and bogies should be made friendly for handicapped and old people. Currently, old people have to climb up and climb down the stairs on the platform which is why they avoid train journey. One also has to climb up to enter into a bogie which is very difficult for the aged. To avoid unruly crowd reservations before the journey should be made compulsory. Or tickets should be issued only if there is seat available in the train. Rail network should be widened with the help of FDI. Compost plants should be set up at every major station to treat human waste generated by the passengers. That waste can be turned into gold in the form of grade one manure. more
If, clean India program declared by PM may be supported by all people, that will be success. People may start to keep clean around near their residence. more
New projects are not coming up... more
