Govt sponsored Survey Misleading us

Reading an economic times article on Swachh Survekashan done through QCI by the Govt.

the report says 75% of the 18 lakh people surveyed are satisfied with the maintenance of public toilets.

I am sorry but who is the Govt fooling here.

It also says 80% people in the country are satisfied with door to door garbage collection.

I am sorry this survey is either done in places where people dont know what is a public toilet or door to door garbage collection or done in central south delhi.

the Govt is spoiling its own credibility by publishing such fault surveys

Can some responsible people wake up the Govt and show them the reality. 80% of country's traders urinate in the open still in their markets. more

Hardly 50% waste management is carried out successfuly in posh and rural areas only. There is ware n tare situation in the rural and remote areas. Municipal authorities misuse the fund and pretend to show best out put all over the city. It is quite ridiculous and fake. Now LCs, administration and central government has been strict in the case of SBM and lot of improvement is expected soon. more
