Records of Many States proven that Many public welfare & Revenue Departments being indebted TO EITHER ELECTRICITY / TELEPHONE / REVENUE / PWD etc., 5. Many times T.V Channels also revealed News that the State Governments have been indebted to Educational Institutions in the share of Subsidies / Reimbursements years together ;;;; To Contractors those supply / Serve the Government institutions . 6. Almost the States have been willfully carrying the VACANCIES IN EDUCATIONAL AS WELL AS HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS & HOSPITALS years together . BUT STILL , THE GOVERNMENTS COULD NOT ARREST THE MIS-ALLOCATION , MISUSE and MISAPPROPRIATION in PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ; HOSPITAL MEDICINES & TOOLS ; while they never bothered to reduce the unjustified Rating of 1 rupee / 2 rupees to 5 rupees per Kg. of Rice that priced in general market at Rs.45/- to 50/- . This is only an example of the System that had been opted by Various State Governments AMIDST THE INABILITY / INADEQUACY / INSUFFICIENCY IN ADDRESSING THE MOST IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL ISSUES OF POINT 1 TO 6 . Those who opt to Suicide due to paucity ; those opt Suicide due to dangerous health-condition ARE MERCILESSLY SET FOR PROSECUTION .
