Read the terms correctly & completely because normally companies keep some clause in small letters favoring themselves. Send this message in all social media you are engaged like face book, twitter etc so that let this be known to all & no more people would come under the influence of the company & loose their money. See if you can file an FIR with police or with Economic offence wing. So many people have complaints against this company shows there must be a some problem. Let law take action & if found wrong such company has no place to exist. more  

Punctuality in time already started with good spirit but the punctuality in duty output as was defined to each division is not promptly carried . This needs strict practice serially from legislature , executive , political parties and civilians. more  

Dear Sir/Madam, Please find the attached file received from sterling holidays on regarding the refund status. And they confirmed that they will not refund my money. And I am asking some points to sterling holidays ask them to give me prompt answers. 1. Sterling Holiday manger came to my home and he said that we have to do down payment of RS.20139 and after paying eight months EMI I can use welcome package for 2 days. And the same I have requested for the welcome package after paying eight month EMI. And on that day I said to your manger please give some time to think about it for sterling holiday membership by looking at the human status he only forced me to go for membership and if any holiday package required I will help you out. I have paid down payment of RS:20139, Eight Months EMI26816 and ASF Amount RS2940 so totally RS:49895 2. When I requested welcome holidays for Munnar and your people really disappointed me they have not offered the welcome holidays for two days. 3. And after cancellation of my membership is your company policy says call to the customer for become the membership for sterling holidays. 4. After cancellation of my membership your executive is threating me he will file a complaint against me and he will send to HR of my company place. Is there any policy is there to threating to the customer. And this really offence to your company. Before I thought of not to mail for refund my money. And after I received the call threating calls I have one option I really fight for my money. And I am asking for money to refund it. 5. On 27th Nov,2014 at 1.29PMI received the message saying that “our Annual Subscription Fees overdue for the membership D:1206653 is Rs.3303. Pay today to avoid late payment charges on overdue.Use payment gatewayhtts://memberships.sterlingholidays.com/ orvide cc authorization at 080-33997777 or cheque /DD favoringM/s.Sterling Holiday Resort(India) Limited. Please ignore if already paid. Steriling Holidays.". If the customer is not satisfied you shold not send this kind of messages. 6. If the membership is cancelled how come your people can call me for the membership for sterling holidays.And these are the proof I have. • On 17th Dec 2014 at 12:15PM “I have received the call form this no 7406532076 at 12:15PM and her name is Shilpa on regarding he Sterling Membership. • On 31st Jan,2015 at 3:35PM I received the call from this no9538513426 and her name is Lina and on Saturday again I received call 9538513426. • On 14th Feb,2015 at 4:15PM “Shilpa regarding parenting for sterling holiday membership and the details are here 9538513406. • And yesterday 29th April ,2015 I received the call at 3:33pm 9379119595 and another call at 3:35pm 9341819595 to convincing me for the membership for the sterling holidays. The money which your earning monthly its our money and your depending on our money the food you eat, the cloths you wear, the medicine for your family, the education to your kids and the money for your other commitments. I have undergone as per your company polices and I have shut down all the things. And again and again you people are troubling me for threaten calls and on regarding the membership for sterling holidays. And if you are not will to refund the money you have to pay for the all as mentioned in this mail. Please discuss with your management and come back to settle my money and lets end the relating between you and me. These are proof are enough or else I need go one more step I am ready to face.
