Good Governance
The days of good governance already started in some States and there is need to fast expand .
A Chief Minister warned seriously an MLA who behaved out of limits on an IAS Collector ; And the Collector has not withdrawn the Police Report filed against that MLA .
We need such Political Administration and only such Bureaucratic governance .
Thanks to these both of the new Telangana State that has been caring for only Prompt and Perfect Governance as proved in its teething years and the follow . more

The Transmission of Education in India to Private Sector without any Code of carrying Educational Institutions is the I st cause for this . The II nd cause is the suppression effected in IAS Officers . The III rd cause is the neglect on Education upto Intermediate ignoring our Fundamental Directives and the Children development diluting the object of Citizen Responsibilities/ Fundamental Duties specified in part IV A . All this is only due to the willfully selfish and negligent attitude of our Political Democracy i.e., the Political Leaders whom our present President had in 2013 itself advised for re up-keeping Indian Educational Skills touching Elementary to University level . But , it is necessary that the Supreme Court also has to second this interms of our articles 21 , 45 and 46 read with article 51 A and direct the Indian Union to work on Educationally basic necessities setting aside the Castes and Religions . more

Mr Csn Sarma recently it came in newspaper plus media that a reporter of a TV channel asked some 20 to 25 MLA of Maharashtra State Assembly a question i.e WHAT IS THE FULL FORM OF MLA.You are an MLA what is the full form of MLA round bout 10 to 12 MLA who are in Maharashtra State Assembly for 5 to 6 term could not say the full form of MLA and where giving a stupid look at the camera when the question was being asked and fumbling .Just Think of it Maharastra is the Financial hub of INDIA MUMBAI known all around the world but MLA elected in Maharashtra assembly don't know full form of MLA.What will you say to such a State and such a Country.ITS HIGH TIME THERE SHOULD BE BLANKET BAN ON AUCTIONING OF PARTY TKT FOR ALL RECOGNIZED POLITICAL PARTY WHO PARTICIPATE IN ELECTION AND IT SHOULD BE MADE MANDATORY BY SUPREME COURT TO ASK FOR CV OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO JOIN POLITICS AND CONTEST ELECTION .Supreme Court and Election Commision together should come up with Standard Operational procedures and laid down guidance for all political party as to kind of /Quality of /Standard of/Experience of/Genuine Qualification of and other criteria of the candidate who can be given TICKET to contest Election,details to be submitted to EC. MR Csn Sarma then only the Country will get Good Governance from people who enter politics .The Country is extremely Lucky to get Mr Modi as PM of the Country, Hope had People like Modi right from 15 August 1947 but its Countries bad luck that we had inefficient people who fooled the whole population with their english language and theirfore I request Mr Modi to make English Compulsory in every village school as well as cities so that No Indian can fool the Nation with english language plus the Language along with Passport will Help every Indian to get a better Job in Other Country if Our own Country cannot afford to give them a job. Western Country population is dwindling and muslims from Asian Country are grabbing the jobs THEN WHY NOT INDIANS IF WE GIVE THEM PROPER ENGLISH EDUCATION IT WILL GIVE THEM EXTRA CONFIDENCE TO GET PASSPORT AND GRAB JOBS IN EUROPE .Its High Time the Country should Stop Harping COW,BEEF,HINDI like a duffer and be practical to spread around the world. more

Unfortunately we are the people who elect such idiots and send them to Legislative Assemblies. But I must give credit to these fools that they are convincing liars backed by money power and muscle power. The basic requisite for a person to get ticket of any political party is: a.) If he has lots of money to throw around (specially during elections) - if they win, they will recompense the same in one or other project and if they loose - well it is a gamble. b.) Do they have the clout to draw public attention when they take the stage - even on a busy market place. We had Smriti Irani who was 12th Pass as Education Minister earlier...so where would you get good education. Gujarat from where our honourable PM has come to rule Delhi and nation has so much saffron influence that their text books in schools have bloomers such as: Roza is defines as an Infectious disease. Jesus Christ has been described as a demon. No wonder God punished that land with earthquake but still they pursue to live a sinister life. EC has no authority to rule out or block candidates who have been charged by them with hate mongering. Our Courts are taken over by politicians and the police and CBI are being used by them to do witch hunting and dirty work so how can our nation progress? more
