Dear All, Thanks for your individual messages and also at the portal. This problem is ever increasing and is basically of answerability and sharing responsibility. The concerned civic officials have to be taken to task for negligence of their duties who just are careless about their work zone and responsibilities. This is result of the prevalent government servant psychology and casual attitude towards their job which needs to be curbed. All from the top to bottom need reining of verbal blows on them for their lax attitude. This has to be linked with their individual salaries and financial aspects through some penalties for not doing or completing their duties. More transperancy through the use of web based help portal and complaints box need to be opened in all civic and government offices which should be monitored by an authority so that the officials cant escape under any excuses of either not receiving complaints or no knowledge of it. The move by our PM in linking all offices through websites and careful monitoring of it is the solution to every problem so that everything gets into black and white and penal action may be taken for that negligence. There are enough number of employees at all offices but it is the attitude not do anything or undertake any responsibility. The administration has to be shaken by pounding through our mails. We neither can physically go and stand in serpentine ques at the non working complaints counters nor do we have time to do so in the busy schedules. more
