Nothing doing... Enough is Enough...!!! First remove the Swachh Bharat Cess from Service Tax... Why should we pay for the corruption done since last 65 Yrs by so called our honest ministers... Trillions of Rupees have gone & now you want to TAX poor middle-class salaried people through autocratic TDS system where do NOT have a chance to SAVE or Avoid TAX as Business people have & make Trillions of Black Money... The communication between the house owner and the waste collecting person either municipality or contractor is to maintain a complaint book in that area. And an meeting is to arrange every month. it may show where the mistake raised on the both side. more
